If you are playing doctor career in the sims 4 get a work expansion pack, you will be going to willow creek hospital frequently for work. I demolished Willow Creek Hospital and built a modern hospital building. I tested the gameplay and there is no problem in career progression. I hope you will like it.

The game normally prevents you from accessing the building mode in buildings such as hospitals and police stations. If you press “Ctrl + Shift + C” and type “bb.enablefreebuild” in the console, you can now access the build mode. If you want to build your own hospital, make sure your hospital has these items: Surgery Tables, Exam Beds, Front desk with computer and chair, Treadmill, X-Ray Machine, Chemical Analyzer, Snack Vending Machine, Extra computers (away from front desk), Toilet, Sink, Microwave and Counter

Instructions To Build The Sims 4 Hospital

1. In order to reach the sims 4 hospital building, you must first go to work in your doctor’s career.
2. Follow your sim to work. I recommend waiting until the end of the work day to place. (If you placed this at the beginning of your work shift, you may have to wait until the next day for everything to be running smoothly again)
3. Use cheat code before placing “bb.enablefreebuild” and “bb.moveobjects“
4. Wipe house with bulldozer.
5. Choose the “Red Heart Hospital” house from your library.
6. Click “place lot” and place the house on the plot.
