I built a modern apartment building for the sims 4 for rent expansion pack. I present to you The Loft Life. The apartment complex, which consists of 7 flats, has a laundry, gym, sauna, terrace, barbecue and pool as common areas. Normally, in the for rent expansion pack, you can divide the building into a maximum of 6 units. For more units I used the cheat code “bb. increaserentalunitcap on” and made 7 units. 2. Set lot type to “Residential Rental“
3. Choose the “The Loft Life” from your library
4. Click “place lot” and place the house on the plot.
