I made a student apartment complex/ student halls/ student accommodation for the new Sims For Rent Expansion pack, this build is a perfect substitute for any pre-existing student halls from the Discover University pack as this build has OVENS! There are also plenty of community spaces for all your sims to hang out and have the full student experience, well, British student experience, I don’t really know how other student accommodations look. Instructions To Build The Sims 4 Apartment

1. Use cheat code before placing “bb.moveobjects”
2. Choose the “Student Apart Comp” from your library
3. Click “place lot” and place the house on the plot.
4. Select the lot type as Residential Rental.
5. Set sections of rental apartment.
