The Sims 4 For Rent New York Inspired Street
The Sims 4 For Rent Expansion Pack is coming soon and that means Townhouses and Apartments will finally be functional. This time I am building a New York Inspired Street. I made 2 Townhouses, the black Townhouse is divided into 2 Apartments, the one on the first floor is made for a Musician/Bachelor. It’s really dark and modern and has a garden. The one on the second floor is for the Bheeda Family. The interior is colorful and has enough space for the twins/triplets they are getting. The other Townhouse was made for a large family and has a really calm vibe and lots of earth tones and has a garden and balcony. Next to the townhouses there is a Coffeeshop with a gym above it. Instructions To Build The Sims 4 Apartment
- Use cheat code before placing “bb.moveobjects”
- Choose the “New York Inspired Street” from your library
- Click “place lot” and place the house on the plot.
- Select the lot type as Residential Rental.
- Set sections of rental apartment.
