I have renewed the Police Station building that came with the Sims 4 Get To Work expansion pack. Gameplay tested.

Police career playing tips:
This lot was tested EXTENSIVELY for many hours, trying to get as smooth, non buggy play as possible.
1) Delete all your evidence from your sims inventory when you solve a case to prevent analyzing old evidence and false clues.
2) When issuing an APB:
a) don’t issue at end of shift, best to issue at the beginning of a new day
b) pause the game immediately when arriving to the new lot – the suspect should already be somewhere on the lot (they won’t generate later)

Instructions To Build The Sims 4 Police Station

1. In order to reach the sims 4 Police Station building, you must first go to work in your detective career.
2. follow your sim to work. I recommend waiting until the end of the work day to place. (If you placed this at the beginning of your work shift, you may have to wait until the next day for everything to be running smoothly again ( inmates in cells, etc.))
3. Use cheat code before placing “bb.enablefreebuild” and “bb.moveobjects“
4. Wipe house with bulldozer.
5. Choose the “Modern Police Station” house from your library.
6. Click “place lot” and place the house on the plot.
