I’m so excited to finally be able to create apartment buildings on regular lots, and I cannot wait to get started! 2. Choose the “Del Sol Apartments” from your library
3. Click “place lot” and place the house on the plot.
4. Select the lot type as Residential Rental.
5. Set sections of rental apartment.
